Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: Purpose of Hire The hire is for personal use only. Commercial use of the space is not permitted under this agreement. Use of Studio The studio must be returned to its original condition at the end of the hire period. No items may be removed from the studio. Any damages to studio property, including equipment, mirrors, or plants, will be charged to the client. Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days before the session. Cancellation & Changes Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
